The Toronto Sun reports James Leone, a mountain bike enthusiast in the Collingwood area near Toronto, Canada has launced a multi million dollar lawsuit against various organisations after he hit a pothole while mountain biking, claiming he suffered fractured vertebrae and several soft-tissue injuries.
Critics of the law suit have pointed out that mountain biking by its very nature comes with more risks and the attraction is to a certain degree getting off the beaten track with its inherentrisks and dangers.

Reports are now being carried that Anna Ayala, the woman who said she found a finger in a bowl of chilli while eating at a Wendy’s Restuarant has been arrested and charged over the incident. After news of the incident Wendy’s claim that sales have dipped markedly and launched an investigation into the incident.
